Today, define one simple thing you can do every day, no matter what, to make progress toward your brave intentions/goals.

  1. 👁 Identify your brave intentions/goals: First, define your brave intentions/goals in detail. Write them down and make them specific, measurable, and achievable.
  2. 🧐 Identify the limiting barriers: Next, identify the potential barriers that could prevent you from achieving your intentions/goals. Be honest and realistic about the challenges you may face.
  3. ☝️ Identify one simple thing to do every day: Now, think about what one small, actionable step you can take every day, no matter what, to make progress towards your goals. This should be a simple action that you can realistically achieve, even on days when you are busy or feeling low.
  4. 💪 Create an action plan: Write down your daily action plan and make it a priority. Schedule it into your day, and commit to doing it no matter what. Use a planner or reminder app to help you stay on track.
  5. 🎉 Celebrate your progress: Finally, celebrate your progress along the way. Acknowledge the efforts you have made towards your intentions/goals, and take pride in your accomplishments, no matter how small they may seem.
