Hi! I'm a husband, father of two beautiful adopted baby girls and a 10-Year-Cubical-Reject. After a 15 year battle with alcohol, my life came crashing down and out of the ashes, Intention Inspired was born with my brother Matt. This is my re-awakening journey to sobriety and living an intention inspired lifestyle. I am hoping to help you do the same. Loving the Journey- Ebin

I am actually going to begin a workbook on doing just that…I am nervous but have come to a place in life that I really need to look deeper and understand why I allowed myself to be in a abusive relationship and why I am now struggling and alone.

I’m going to take my inner child by the hand and take her with me everywhere I go. I’m going to love her, protect and comfort her and model for her the ways of love, strength and goodness. I’m going to do for her what was denied to her the first time. I am her mother.

I found a ball and a set of jacks! I will give my inner child the chance to play jacks! I used to play with my friends in 2nd and 3rd grade, but couldn’t advance to ‘tensies’ (it hurt my small hands). Now I will give my inner child free reign to play as much as she wants!

Coloring is a great way to give my inner child some fun. It is very meditative for me and a lot of fun. I’m taking part in a workshop where we dialogue with our inner children by asking questions, writing with our dominant hand and replying in crayon with our non-dominant hand. Very insightful!

We got a new Lego set and no matter what is on the table it is going off (onto the floor or a chair) and the Lego’s will be built and played with.

I’m going to let my inner child scream, throw a tantrum and beat on her father pillows because she is very frustrated.

Dance it out. All the anxiety and depression in me to be lifted off. Not just dance, run as fast as I ran for my track team.
