What has inspired me is…it’s time for me. I’ve been waiting for the “right ” time for too long. Anxiety and “mommy guilt” can no longer be an excuse and neither can finances. My heart has been drastically wounded and I’m tired of the pain keeping me paralyzed. I am WORTH IT! I AM WORTH FIGHTING FOR! I AM ALIVE! It’s time to LIVE not just exist.

I have been inspired by the darker thoughts in my mind, the ones that tell me I am not good enough. They have motivated me to prove them wrong! They have motivated me to go beyond the daily comparisons, the nagging ideals of society, and to look within to find stillness and light, to look within and find love and positivity and allow that to transform me into the best version of me I can possibly imagine. I am good enough. I am sooo more than good enough. I will not let the dark thoughts hold me down any longer. I am stronger and inspired to be so in order to fight the darkness that has lived within me for the past 22 years.

I want more in life. I feel like I am in a rut and I have been for awhile. I am not going anywhere I am not improving myself. At the beginning of 2017, I decided to take a stand and start caring about myself and how I feel. It started with exercising and increasing my level of activity which has given me more energy and with more energy. I now feel inspired to do more and create more in my life. I want to step out of my comfort zone and take the leap and do things I have never done before, I want to test myself and how far I can go. I am inspired to create a better me.

My health, or loss of, has inspired me to dive deeper. To realize that I must take care of myself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It has also made me brave enough to reach out and ask for help even if i get repeated ‘no’s. I have never wanted to live with more purpose or intention than I do at this moment.

What has inspired me to take brave action in my goal was to really ask myself, “Am I happy?” Telling myself to take the first step into changing my career can be challenging but you have to start somewhere. And instead of just telling myself and just thinking it I wanted to be brave and just go for it. Take risks and try. I am telling myself that I might as well try than do nothing at all.

I’ve had all kinds of anxiety in my life. It just never left me. Especially Socially anxiety. I’ve always been a shy person but it never bothered me until I had to meet new people (let’s take as example work. I have a side job ) Everyone can easily talk to each other. I want to talk but my anxiety keeps holding me back. Like do they like me? Do I look okay? Am I not smiling enough? What do they think of me? etc. and it keeps getting worse and worse. I want to let go of anxiety it feels like it’s taking over a part of my life.

My boyfriend has inspired me to be brave. He sowed me that I don’t have to live consumed by my anxiety disorder. That I can continue to get better

My intention for this project goes much beyond inspiration. It's an inward journey of self-discovery in an effort to create and contribute to something much larger than little ole' me. So thanks for stopping by and in doing so, contributing to the growing evolution of Intention Inspired.
