Each of these people reached a kind to of breaking point in their lives where change of a drastic nature was necessary for them to continue on in their life…in their physical bodies. They each faced the fact that they simply couldn’t go on with the way things were anymore. They were each brave enough to realize this, which is a scary thing to realize. They each took action. They each sought help and support outside of themselves, even if it wasn’t a family member or loved one. And they each were basically told and/or discovered that it was a habit of mind that was keeping them in an ugly place or literally destroying them and they realized this like a lightbulb going on and they took active steps to do something about it
. They were all positive, not despairing. They all switched their view of the past from self destructive and victimization to thinking of the past as a classroom, like curiosity. And, in the end, they each…all three of them, shared their experience and wisdom with others for the purpose of helping others!

They realized what they had believed about themselves for so long was not, in fact, the truth about themselves.

I agree with remadeinlove on so many levels. And day 1 has been tough! I’ve already teared up a few times.

I think the reason the three people in the going deeper section experienced such profound changes is because they connected to something deeper than what they were currently going through, then there current thoughts. In the case of Sarah it was hearing the question deeply to move beyond self critical thoughts and hatred, in the case of Sid it was that he wasn’t really insecure he only thought he was and in the case of Anita it was the realization of how much fear she was living in and how she was holding herself back (which I can completely and 100% relate to).

In each circumstance, they realised that they are more than what they currently are – there was an A-ha moment of self acceptance and love.

It seems they realized, as I have over the last several years, that our thoughts create our reality. As Wayne Dyer said “When you change the way you look at things the things you look at change.” Realizing your own self worth and being okay with who you are is key to your our happiness and we are all in charge of our own happiness.

Potential; There is potential is everything to become something else, something new. I have the potential to go anywhere, do anything, become whoever I want to become. The possibilities are endless.
Which brings me to…
Possibilities; like potential, everything is possible. In this universe, at any given moment, every possibility exists. Which possibilities do I chose to make my reality? It is within my power to make those possibilities a reality, to shape my life how I want it to be. Full of positivity and love.

Day one and it’s already a tough one. Thought provoking. Why did those 3 people experience such profound transformations? Maybe they started to be curious about why they saw the world as they did, and started to ask questions about that. May be they started to see the potential and possibilities of the human mind and life.

My concept is that the common factor of the three individuals featured was the realization of their own way of thinking. Their Mind! What they were thinking and how they were implementing their thoughts within their life, was the ground breaker.

Going forward is not easy, especially if we feel alone, unhappy or without a reason to live. I think that a very important part of healing is learning to see the pain and give it the dimension it deserves. the muscle has to tear to be able to grow

I think it may be the realization that its really our own mind and self thoughts that get in our own
way.

They all had an moment in time where they realised that their life has a purpose. Then by showing compassion for themselves and towards others they could live their purpose. They all where able to grow and greatly help others by expressing their experiences and showing others what is possible for them.

They all saw the light hidden inside of them during their darkest days and they used that light for the best and they got the best and are now happy beings

My intention for this project goes much beyond inspiration. It's an inward journey of self-discovery in an effort to create and contribute to something much larger than little ole' me. So thanks for stopping by and in doing so, contributing to the growing evolution of Intention Inspired.
