TODAY'S INTENTION

Today, let's notice what we feeeel after we go _blank_ to identify how habituated reactive patterns affect our energy.

Have you noticed yourself being attracted to whatever supports or confirms the sense of “self”? Survival patterns seem to avoid whatever threatens “I” and become indifferent to everything else. In the process, perspectives fall prey to a victimhood mentality. If left unnoticed, the habituated subject-object perspective of “I” and “other” is firmly in place. The pattern then scrutinizes everything that arises in experience to determine whether it supports the sense of “I” or threatens it.

Meanwhile, “I” goes _ B_L_A_N_K_

Trigger! Reaction! Whoa, what just happened? ⚡️🙀

A moment of blankness is inherent within the tunnel vision of a reactive pattern. So by noticing and naming what is being felt after going blank, we gain valuable insight into our habituated tendencies and can better rewire the patterns.
