I am Capable Meditation

In order to bring our mindful intentions into reality, we need to connect the mind with the physical body, the dream with tangible action. In the meditation video below, I'll show you how to become capable of anything with this simple step.

At times, we may not know what we are truly capable of. But there's only one way to find out: try.

We may get stuck in our heads, coming up with lots of ideas but never being able to bring them into reality. Imagine someone who is really creative, but kind of spacey and never seems to get anything done. This person needs to get grounded, present, and connect the creative ideas in the mind with their physical reality.

In order to feel capable, we need to take action.

This requires connecting our minds to our bodies, our mindful intentions with our purposeful action.

During meditation, we can enhance this process by visualizing the energetic connection between mind and body. By linking the detailed, powerful visualizations in the mind with the physical body, we begin to “ground” our dreams into reality so that we can take inspired action.

It's as if the body is just waiting for the brain to send it a signal for what to do next. When we send a visualization into the body, the message is received and tangible action can ensue.

As our intentions turn into tangible actions, no matter the outcome, we build our confidence and sense of capability.
