I am a Psychologist, Coach and a Mindfulness Trainer dedicated to discovering and sharing ways how to lead a life of virtue, intention, and dignity through harmony in relationships. My approach is to first care about your relationship with yourself then with everyone else. I believe that inner peace is more precious than happiness which is why my life work has been to help guide “serenity seekers” on their path to enlightenment.

30 Days of Enlightenment is a profound spiritual journey that will transform your limiting beliefs and behaviors into open-minded, kind-hearted expressions of your newfound self. The material of this unique program is intentionally inspired by Ancient East Philosophies and Western Science on Meditation, with the aim of putting you on the path to more fulfillment in your life.

By engaging with each daily session throughout this course with commitment and diligence, you will awaken your inner power of responding to life rather than reacting to it.
