PRESENT – Creative Challenge

Take a few deep breaths to center yourself and quiet your mind.

Start slowly by trying to observe everything you see, hear, maybe even smell.  Set aside your plans for the day or the week, and focus on the present moment.

Let’s take a quick survey of the right here, right now.

Hop on to your sketchbook or workbook and do a “CURRENTLY” exercise. Don’t think too hard about the answers to these questions, just jot down what pops into your mind.  You can repeat this exercise when you need to do a quick internal check-in. If you’re up to it, draw in your answers instead of writing them in, or use a different colored marker for each answer!
