  1. I am committing to less plastic – more abeego, gogo bags and received two awesome water bottles recently that I will use daily. I am committing to eating less meat – trying vegetarian for this month. I am committing to simplifying my home and recycling everything I do not need! I am committing to go out in nature daily and appreciate her gifts!

  2. I am currently working on decluttering my house. After that, I plan on bringing in plants to help bring nature in. I enjoy having and caring for plants, and I hope that this will help me stay connected with nature.

  3. I think the one area I really can work on is what I use during the day that adds up to a great deal of garbage. I notice when I make small changes, it is different and I can reduce what I use. I also would like to plant more flowers in the spring.

  4. I’m trying to recycle and reuse things more. I need to get more reusable tote bags for shopping. Since I have no car I’m walking more even though I can take the bus.

  5. When we go to Ireland, itโ€™s expected that you provide your own bags when you shop, so there are no plastic or paper bags at the market. We have those reusable tote bags here at the house, but I will often forget to put them in the car. I am going to make that a habit.

  6. I can be more mindful of the area around me, pick up litter that has been left behind, and be more conscious of how much litter I add to the environment, using reusable containers and recyclable ones as often as I can.

  7. You know the last few days I really have been aware of what my waste looks like. When trying to only spend $10 yesterday, I made sure to bring my own coffee in a reusable coffee cup and was careful about my purchases. That carried through to today. I think I need to make it a practice to do these things. I already naturally recycle and compost etc… But making sure I use reusable products, avoid straws when i can, stir my tea with a metal spoon instead of a stir stick, etc. These little things add up, especially if I am making a point to do them on a regular basis.
