What inspired this intention for you? Commit to exploring your life experience and what led you to where you are now, and where you'd like to be after committing to 30 days of gratitude.

Express and write down at least five goals.

While writing, focus on what you hope to achieve from this 30 Days of Gratitude Course. Sign that paper at the bottom, as you would sign any other contract. A contract with yourself is an essential act of setting the groundwork of this 30-Day Gratitude Challenge and a great way to set yourself up for success.
