  1. I have a personal philosophy that you get a 3 hour grace period from when you wake up before it can be a โ€œbad dayโ€, I frequently remind myself of this. I also do a gratitude list or reasons that today is good.

  2. I workout. Nothing can give me a positive perspective and a fresh start like a good jog. If I jog 15 minutes straight, everything else feels lighter and more possible than before.
