Focus on the good in the world.
I try to focus on all that is good and right in my world and I seek out people that radiate positive.
Turn any negative into a positive and laugh
I have a personal philosophy that you get a 3 hour grace period from when you wake up before it can be a โbad dayโ, I frequently remind myself of this. I also do a gratitude list or reasons that today is good.
Make a gratitude list, call an uplifting friend, go to the park or museum.
I workout. Nothing can give me a positive perspective and a fresh start like a good jog. If I jog 15 minutes straight, everything else feels lighter and more possible than before.
I talk to some close friends that, although they have challenging situations, still have a sense of positivity or faith.
