PRESENT – Micro Challenge

Today, practice feeling grateful about simple joys in life.

Before you go to sleep tonight, close your eyes and rewind your day. Start from the moment you woke up and think about every little thing you’ve done today. Notice at least three small things that made you feel grateful and happy about your life today – a cup of coffee you had this morning, your dog happily wiggling his tail when you came home from work, a shy smile you shared with your significant other, the fact that the weather was bright and sunny. Keep it simple.
