There is no greater healing, no better meditation and no way of grounding yourself better than being in nature. As we now know, disease and the aging process itself is directly associated with inflammation and oxidative stress—which contact with Nature has been proven in multiple studies to help mitigate. Simply coming into contact with earth changes the physiology of our body to correct imbalances.

The Earth is like a gigantic battery that connects and energizes all things.

Unintentionally, modern lifestyle is increasing separating us from contact with the Earth. Which is why we have to extra intentional to ensure we immerse ourselves with nature in whichever way works best for us.

  • Tumble with the waves.
  • Let the soil tickle your naked feet.
  • Eat the sun.
  • Dig your hands in soil.

A little intention to reach out, touch it, and envision retrieving warm healing energy might just add a few years to our life.
