I am movement because my body contributes to far more than just physical attributes. My movements connect me with my thought processes and decision making. When I move more, I feel more, and experience wonderful sensations that make me more present and alive. I appreciate the intricate micro movements my body makes without skipping a beat. I respect and love myself by ensuring my body gets an adequate amount of natural movement every day.
