Today, let's learn from all the generations before us by extracting the wisdom they embedded in our family and cultural traditions.All Blue Zones carry an unstoppable force of culture, traditions, memories, history, battles, dances, music, energy, spirituality, that vibrates throughout the communities which make it impossible to turn off since the people are faithful to their traditions every day giving them a daily sense of purpose that makes them live long with joy.
Modern Nicoyan’s roots to the indigenous Chorotega and their traditions have enabled them to remain relatively free of stress. Their traditional diet of fortified maize and beans may be the best nutritional combination for longevity the world has ever known.
