By knowing that we arenโt perfect and that I should love myself as I would love another and really believing in that because sometimes Iโm too rough on myself that I will be able to learn how to to accept acceptance.
Hmm. My form of not good enough often comes from me judging myself from where I want to be, and where I feel like I am currently. A disconnect that I seem to love focusing on. Resistance and not just accepting everything as it is really can cause a lot of pain. By focusing on where I think I’m lacking or “missing out” on I miss the current moment. There is such a release from learning to accept that it’s OK to sometimes not be OK. That these feelings (even if they aren’t great) are there to teach me something and mold me into more. That I’m really the only one creating the disconnect by not embracing fully whatever it is that I am going through now. As we learned before.. we are all unbroken.. there isn’t really anything to “fix”
What a novel idea… that I AM human! This truth can definitely help me to accept those moments that I was less than proud of and that I used to try ‘to fix’. Now I clearly see how my whole life the feelings of “not good enough” have played into my struggles. Thank you, Amy. This challenge has helped my in many ways. I am actually taking myself less seriously now too! <3
I can see the same natural circle in all living things. From up to down, this to that. It’s all in flux and to try to grasp for an all-time high will only disappoint. Appreciate the lows for what they are: a necessary experience to be able to enjoy the highs.

This is difficult for me because I always rush to fix myself and when I canโt do it all at once I get upset at myself.
