I am enough, because I say I am enough. It is as simple as that. Everything that tries to shame me into believing I am not enough is based on a cultural construct, an idea, a thought…and a thought never represents an absolute or objective reality, rather mere interpretation. I am enough and thus am fundamentally worthy of experiencing love, just like every other human being. I am enough.
