Today, we will quantum leap our level of understanding when it comes to matters of the heart by relying on creative insight rather than analytical thinking.
My best thoughts and aha moments come when I journal. The process of writing my feelings and thoughts helps me work through them. If I have a big problem or big emotion I typically will have an aha moment of clarity
