Today, we will quantum leap our level of understanding when it comes to matters of the heart by relying on creative insight rather than analytical thinking.

My most insightful thoughts come from when I am away from a situation and I have had time to reflect on it.
My main ideas came when I was awakening from bed, or in a discussion suddenly I am realizing I am saying something brilliant. My creativity awakes me also when I am writing and giving myself to the writing process.
I’m just learning recently to get out of my head and to start feeling things. I grew up “thinking” everything through not feeling things. They say the longest distance is going from your head to your heart and it’s true. Once you get there you realize how the trip and the process is well worth it. I’m really getting it now and it’s making things easier to feel things rather than to think things. It’s a no brainer as to what to do when you feel something is right because you can always think your way into or out of anything.
I gain insight when I start to solve problems with practical solutions whether it is toward myself personally, a given subject or thing.
When I’m living in the moment and creating, learning, or connecting with people.
My best ideas come when I think less and just be. Yes, there is a thought process, but I tend to put my life in a Excel program. So thinking outside the “box” is the times when I come up with my best thoughts. I’ve done that with my house, with my job, and while not having as much success in finding a new job, I am now looking at new ways to address my future.
Finding peace, solitude and reflection (usually with the help of nature).
When I go running. My mind clears of all the noise and then by the time I am home and showered I have my aha moment and realise what I need to do.
I think it happens when I write
I usually have to step away from the situation. I over think, so distracting or quieting my mind brings insight.
