The capacity for creative insight (also called “a-ha” moments, eureka moments, epiphanies, or lightbulb moments) is available to every conscious human being on the planet. It doesn’t matter your past, your IQ, your gender, religion, nationality, age, physical health, or mental health diagnoses. What an amazingly practical, but an underused tool at your disposal.
