You are enough, just as you are, right now, in this moment. You’re enough.
Michele, take it one day at a time. Focus on your small goals and accomplishments. You showered today, you bought groceries today. You are stronger than you realize.
Dont eat much sugar
To love themselves first and to forgive those that hurt them in order to heal their relationship with them and to gain more inner peace
That not everything has to be perfect. It’s OK to to “fail” – it’s part of the process. Not doing something 100% perfect all the time does not constitute a failure – it’s a chance to reset and course correct if we need to.
I tell people that they are valuable and deserve love but I donโt believe thatโs true when I think about myself. I have trouble believing Iโm worth anything and I am afraid to disappoint people because then when they get upset at me it confirms that Iโm worthless in my own mind.
To relax and enjoy life more. To play more, rest more, do things that bring joy.
You don’t know what tomorrow will bring, so live today as best you can and don’t worry so much about things that might happen in the future.
Don’t sweat the small stuff. Everything isn’t a major crisis.
