The effective of social media on emotions.

The experience of negative emotions: poor self-concept, envy, and even depression and anxiety have been correlated with social media usage. This doesn't mean social media causes these emotions, but being more mindful of your own state of mind when browsing social media will help guide you in when to engage in social media and when to leave it alone.
