I am unashamed. I am willing to be vulnerability and deeply seen, for the being that I am. Today, I am pulling back the mask and choosing to show up in the world differently, without the compulsion to try to numb uncomfortable situations or emotions. I choose live out loud and with my whole heart, even though there is no guarantee that things will work out the way I want them to. I am ready to get to know myself again, to get in touch with my authentic spirit, deepest desires, and embodied quirks. I am unashamed.
