  1. How do I define myself differently? Well.. I feel like I have been waking up a bit more each and every single day just by learning to recognize and listen to everything going on around and within me. If I’m boiling it all down – I would say this challenge has allowed me hone in on things that I have always known to be true – but have seemed to have forgotten. I’m more aware than I ever have been, and more grateful as well. I’ve learned prior to this challenge that it’s Ok to fail, to not be OK. I think so far from love – I’m getting to a place of acceptance. I already previously tried to learn from everything – but now I’m entering into a place that I’m grateful for it all – even my fears. Operating from a place of love has allowed me to be open to that, and try to get to a place where I am paying attention to all of the magic that is unfolding around me.

  2. I “sit” with who I am better now. That it’s ok to be me. And that it’s ok to speak up when needed. I feel more “me” than ever before. And I want to be a source of light for others while maintaining my own brilliance. To me, that’s love in all its forms.

  3. When I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I couldn’t decide between Yoda, James Bond, and Captain Jack Sparrow … what I eventually landed on was that I just wanted to be a solid beam of light. What I’ve learned through this series is my 12-year-old self was on to something. In truth, that’s the core of who I am. So as I’ve engaged in these exercises and insights … I feel that energy and potential to live in the space of pure light. It’s a very real ‘high’—better than any drug. I’ve learned it really helps to have mentors like Amy to help me remember these basic truths. We all ebb and flow based on what life serves us which making it easier or harder to live in that space. But this Heaven on Earth is possible at any given moment because it really does live within me. What I’ve found gets in the way of that energy best defined as ‘love’, is all the smoke screens society and myself covers it. Which is why this ‘subtractive approach’ Amy has been helping us work through is such an essential framework to navigate the day-to-day retaining that ephoric, energetic, loving state.
