CALM – MINDFUL MOMENT

Today, practice feeling calm by spending 3 minutes breathing deeply.

Get comfortable and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose and fill your lungs completely. Exhale out of your mouth with a sigh and relax your whole body. Imagine that with every exhalation, you are releasing stress and worry. Imagine your body becoming soft and weightless as you let go of all tension. Stay present by focusing your mind on each breath.
