By taking a few minutes to get re-centered, you will make more mindful, confident decisions that better respect your overall well-being.

When I am not centred and grounded in the foundation of my faith, I end up getting mentally and emotionally hurt, lose self-esteem and faith in myself, and filled with regret.
I get worried and all other the place
I make lots of decisions based on pure emotion. I react rather than respond. There has been times when I had one intention, but because I reacted instead of responding, I ended up doing something else completely different and that would only make me more anxious because now things were going way off what I intended.
I’m all over the place when I’m not centered. I worry about unnecessary things, I project assumptions onto others and most importantly I tend to forget about how far I have come, how much I have and continue to accomplish.
I lose sight of what makes me who I am.
My choices may be not thoroughly thoughtful and too spontaneous and that often results in regret, conflict, etc.
When I am not centered I make quick decisions so I can just move on to whatever else is on my mind.
