We often make things more difficult for ourselves without realizing it. Today, we will flow smoothly with our environment and those around us, releasing resistance.

Focus on myself but also having the balancing handling relations with the other because I sometimes i find myself frustrated and upset.
What simple thing can I do today? I can approach her from a space of compassion (rather than judgement) and realise that she is trying her absolutely best.
I should stop second guessing what they say.
The person that I need to find harmony with is myself. I need to truly forgive myself for all the things I have and havenโt done.
Listen better
At this time, I actually am in harmony with everyone (to the best of my knowledge). I have been working mindfully to be in harmony with individuals I have had difficulty with in the past.
Let me provide an example of a person with whom I have had conflicts for several years. He is my department head, and he is a very black/white play-it-by-the-rules guy. We have clashed ever since I joined the department, mainly because I am much more relaxed and often think he needed to loosen up. Ever since I have been practicing mindfulness, I have placed myself in his position, and can empathize more with his responsibilities and viewpoints. I pray for him and myself to get along harmoniously, and I send him lovingkindness during meditations. Just by my softening my heart toward him, he has softened somewhat back. Although I honestly believe my respect for him has grown more than his for me, he has become more respectful and giving toward me as well.
Let it be noted that he actually opened up to our entire department last year that he needs to work harder on becoming more involved with us as individuals, not as just people he supervisors.
I find his fake happiness frustrating in particular when he makes comment on yhe frustrations of others. I can give him this, I can let go and allow him to try and believe it is all good. It bothers me because I know he has so much pain and not letting anyone in will hurt him in the long run. But I need to respect his choice my frustration with his outward behaviour is not helping either of us so accept it is his way but be also empathetic to his reality when he admits he is in need and watch his schedule and pick up the misses as his personal distractions impact our work flow. Be support not judgement!
There is this girl at school whom I dislike. I don’t talk to her much, but I often listen to her speak to others, so I know how she treats them. I tend to make myself angry at her. I need to remind myself that she is not my problem, and she isn’t bothering me directly. I need to let go of this attitude I have towards her in order to be more at peace.
I can listen as she complains and try to understand how or why she is so negative and try to have patience and compassion. Misery loves company and while I am sympathetic that she is an unhappy person, I cannot be sucked into that vortex. All I can do is remain consistently positive.
Many people in my family tend to be negative or short-sighted in their viewpoints. Remaining consistently positive helps. Might I suggest that you also consider practicing loving kindness meditations as well? By softening your heart toward them, their foibles diminish in the grand scheme of life, and tend to roll off your back a bit more.
