At its core, mindfulness is being present, without judgment, from moment to moment. It’s a never-ending journey. So today, our last day during this 30-day series, we embrace the beauty of who are, right now, as a result of all past moments that have led to this one โฆ and this one โฆ and this one โฆ

Honestly in the beginning, every day was a challenge. I was going through something difficult at the time. I was almost in a constant state of grief. But through this challenge I learned how to unpack all of that mental clutter and also how to get rid of the uneccesary noise. Today I am happy to say that I am much more aware of what I am feeling and why. I am also more appreciative of life because I can enjoy what every moment has to offer.
I think this course w as amazing. The more I put focus and find ing to understand the aspects of mindfulness, it gives me great pleasure and wonder. Esp this last one: mindfu l.
Thank you
I’ve done mindfulness twice now, but I think I need to do it again to really give it – it’s proper time and space. But overall. I’ve been grateful for Gia and her lessons, guided meditations and just general practice. But more importantly – I’ve been grateful to just be patient and connect to who exactly I am, right now, in this moment. And not have any judgement on it. Just love and compassion. Because I really do believe it all stems from loving who you are right now, in this moment, in this breathe, because ultimately that is all we have. Thanks Gia <3
The guided meditations with Gia have been inspiring for me.
