  1. I struggle at work because I am overwhelmed by the workload. Because there is so much to do it is really hard to take my time and focus because I need to hurry and move to the next task. I need to focus and stay in the moment and not worry about all the other stuff that needs done.

  2. I am currently working on my Masterโ€™s online and I need to shift my mindset from struggling to get all my work done on time to completing with ease.

  3. I need to shift from intention on getting the little things completed for my presentation next month to setting my intention to joyfully put together a great presentation that will allow educators to seek a mindful path for themselves. From the experience, it is my intent to set up a mindful webinar community where we share our joys, passions, and meditations with one another, as we grow stronger in mindfulness practices for ourselves and for our colleagues, students, parents, the community, and ultimately the world.

  4. By intentionally choosing to not get sucked into the negativity that others on my work team radiate, I will sheild myself from the toxic effects it could potentially bring to my day.

    • Kristin, I’m in the same boat, but find every day to be an uphill battle. Some days I win, other days, like today, I feel EXHAUSTED or overwhelmed by it. Hope you succeed at your job.

  5. These last few days I have been so exhausted and drained. I’ve realized that I have had all of these expectations of what I want things to look like. I had previously thought I had released them, but being home has made me see that I hadn’t. I just took some time to rest and be still, and what I’ve realized (yet again, it’s really no surprise). Is that I really need to give up control, let go of what I think something should look like, and just trust. Just let it be. Know that everything is unfolding as it’s meant to. I find that more often than not, I get caught up in my own head, my own thinking/thoughts. And that if I just released and trusted, really trusted… I would notice more of the magic unfolding all around me.
