OPEN – MINDFUL MOMENT

Today, take a moment to open your mind around a fear you have.

Close your eyes and listen to your thoughts for a moment. Recognize the fear, the judgement, and the resistance in your thoughts. Allow your mind to play these thoughts out for a moment and then practice clearing these thoughts, one at a time. Imagine that you could reach in and grab that thought, then set it down on the ground. Clear the next negative thought and the next, until your mind is more open to the experience before you. You may learn something new and amazing!
