PEACEFUL – MINDFUL MOMENT

Today, take 5 minutes to meditate on peace.

Simply close your eyes and relax your body. As you breathe in, silently repeat the word “peace.” As you breathe out, silently repeat the word, “stress,” or “control,” or “anger,” or “fear.” Insert any feeling on your exhalation that seems to be obstructing your inner peace. As you breathe and silently repeat these words, feel your body relaxing and absorbing this energy of peace. Feel yourself letting go, calming down, and finding the quiet space of peace within you.
