REALISTIC – COMMUNITY STORY

“, I had battered self-confidence, was distrustful of others, and thought the worst of everything.
I have come to realize that failure is a part of success. If I fail at something, it's because I have chosen the wrong method, and all I need to do is to try something different. What success really looks like is ups and downs, as opposed to the straight line we all imagine.
The pain we experience from failure is a catalyst for change. Without failure, we cannot grow, and without failure, there is no success. Making failure a part of your goals should be a priority to truly ensure success.
While success helps embark us on a journey of self-change and improvement, we need to remember to practice self-compassion. Trying to achieve perfection is the opposite of success if every mistake is allowed to damage our self-confidence and sabotage our dreams. Rather aim for excellence; that is self-compassion, for it is a balance we should all strive for.”
