RECEPTIVE – MINDFUL MOMENT

Today, take 5 minutes to breathe and practice receiving your in-breath.

Close your eyes and relax your body. As you breathe in, feel your body receiving oxygen and fresh energy. Imagine your cells lighting up and energizing as they receive this breath. You can imagine the breath to be a white light that fills your body, or you could envision that the breath carries the energy of hope, love, peace, forgiveness, or any quality you wish. Allow yourself to open, relax, and deeply receive this cleansing breath, especially where your body feels tense or tight.
