I’m proud of my compassion. It comes from a dark place, I was picked on a lot as a child and still have a great deal of social anxiety because of those times, but they have made me very sensitive to anyone else who feels “other” or “less than”.
Me too! I used to think that I wasnโt meant for this world because Iโm too sensitive to live a happy or productive life, but Iโm slowly figuring it out and hopefully finding my place. Good luck to you.
Of the way I have gotten to where I am. I did not take an easy or conventional route and I did very differently from many of my friends. I struggled for a long time with my path but I am happy where I am now and understand that my journey is my own to embrace. The song of my life is โThe Long Way Aroundโ by the Dixie Chicks.
I am proud that I feel it is my mission to share my journey to help others embrace and not be embarassed, ashamed, or feel like they are alone. I am a caring and compassionate person.
Being open about my battles with anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation. Turning my past into my gift of hope for others to know they are not alone.
I am a strange sense of humor and I love talking about music and bands.
My body. Itโs not perfect but I have made a ton of improvements in my health and well-being and I feel more proud and comfortable in my skin then I ha e ever been before
I have a great laugh and really wacky sense of humor
I am a carefree spirit, intent on helping other beings mindfully and intentionally. This passion of mine will take me to diverse places, and will offer me opportunities to work with humans, animals, and the Earth in an interconnected manner.
I think being a mother is the unique thing about myself that I am most proud. Being a mother in itself, is not unique, but my approach to parenting, the way I handle myself and others, the way I remain steadfast in recognizing my limitations, my mistakes, my situation–these things make my motherhood experience unique. I think mothers are the ultimate superheroes. On a day when in focusing on my empowerment, I’d like to recognize that I am a superhero mom.
I am strong. I have managed to overcome many things in my life and I deserve to be happy.
