  1. The troubles that my husband is having and what they’ve done to our lives. It’s been hard to tell others about it, as he doesn’t want others to know. Yet I know that I need the support, and thus I’ve begun to tell close friends, and have found a peer advisor to work with.

  2. None of it, I speak my truth and it does set me free. And my faith tells me I am right when I do it. And I received a ton of blessings because I speak my truth. I tell everyone they should do the same.

  3. My relationships with others. I do not have an easy time expressing how I feel and what I want. I go along with what others want and then I end up feeling uphappy because I never expressed what I wanted in the first place!

  4. I had a hard time with this one, I used to lie as a kid because I was so insecure, but as an adult, I felt like it was important to be genuine to everyone. I don’t go around sharing whatever thought comes to mind, but I don’t like being dishonest. So, again, this is a tough one.

  5. I think the most difficult part of my life to be honest about right now is when I am frightened about something…I put on a facade of “I am OK” although I am truly not. I wish sometimes people would not say, “How are you doing?” when they really don’t want to hear how I truly am doing. I realize this is a social recognition issue, but I need to come up with a way to say “I am not doing all right when these people ask and keep on walking….very annoying practice, to be sure.

  6. It is hard for me to express and my describe how I feel in spoken words. In paper I can express myself poetically. In speech I get tongue tied or my tone and/or expression doesn’t match my words.
