Let's courageously invite our fears to be held, with curiosity and compassion.
- Take a deep breath … release and relax.
- Bring to mind a fear that has been present in your life.
- Visualize this fear as a small, scared creature that needs your attention and care. Take a moment to listen to it and try to understand why it's there. What is it trying to tell you? How can you use this fear to your advantage?
- Now, with a sense of compassion, imagine yourself holding this creature in your hands, feeling its weight and texture.
- Take a moment to show it love and tenderness.
- Then, release it, letting it go into the universe with a sense of peace and acceptance.
Repeat this exercise as often as you need to feel more connected to your fears and to transmute them into understanding and love. Remember to be gentle with yourself and to approach your fears with a sense of curiosity and kindness.
