Gracefully Overcoming Challenges with a Growth Mindset

In the garden of the soul, a seed is sown,
nurtured with love, its true essence grown,
Through sun and storm, the roots run deep,
a growth mindset, a treasure to keep.

Tending our thoughts, like flowers in bloom,
resilience blossoms, as fears we consume.
With courage we dance, in life's shifting sands,
embracing change, with open hands.

  1. I have been some what consistent with my spa/diy self care treatment for my legs and feet. While I don’t do it everyday as I would like to, it has made my skin softer and smoother. They feel great and even though I don’t shave, I feel like my legs and feet are amazing. All of this self care has lead me to lovig my body more and therefore no be afraid of other people seeing it. I have become less and less afraid and ashamed of my body and of not shaving.

  2. Wow, I am so happy this morning. my goals have been met on day 29. I will continue to grow and change with what ever comes my way. Life is a wonderful Journey and I’m so grateful two intention inspired. I have gone through some tough times these past days. Is all worth it though. I intend to share this 30 days with a friend, actually she’s family. my hope is that it helps her as much as it helped me. I’m not sure what another 30 days of intention inspired would do, I Can Only Imagine that with God great things are going to happen for me. trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. this wonderful verse my boyfriend gave to me on a little plaque. just trust in the Lord. thank you intentional inspired may you all have a blessed Monday. Can hardly wait to see what day 30 is. Praise God in the name of Jesus. Amen. ?

  3. I am growing in my ability to connect with people around me in a deeper more interactive way. I am more appreciative of others and their circumstance. I am increasingly grateful for the blessings that have come into my live and the people that come with those blessings.

  4. What actions have I been consistent with over the past month that are compounding into something greater?

Over the past month I’ve been really consistent with challenging myself with micro acts of bravery. Looking at people in their eyes longer, finally learned to long board and even fell down for the first time laughing, asking more questions without fear, speaking louder, starting up conversations with strangers, the list goes on! All these things are ripples in my courage that keep growing and growing. The more micro acts of bravery I do, the more acts I do, the bigger they get.

  5. Actions I’ve been consistent with is working out. This is helping my mental health and anxiety. If I keep it up, this could ultimately be the key to lowering my anxiety and growing my confidence .

  6. The acts thst have been consistent with is the art of REALLY knowing who i am and honing in on me as a whole person. The needing of having to be accepted by everyone is no longer a major deal or concern. I am brave and im growning because the need for total acceptance is not a big factor. Im learning to love who I am.

  7. What actions have I been consistent with over the past month that are compounding into something greater?
In all honesty, it’s been a greater/stronger belief in myself. I have made conscious decisions every day that have caused me expand upon who I see myself to be and what I hope to accomplish with my life.
So much is still unknown and undefined, and while that does still scare me, I am also so excited to continue to navigate down this path and see what comes next.
