🦁 Day 7 of 30 Days of Bravery

👁 INTENTION
Today, let’s step up and be the hero of our own story by discovering and embodying the qualities of our heroic Self.

💬 QUOTE

“If you are not the hero of your own story, then you’re missing the whole point of your humanity.”
– Steve Maraboli

🪄 AFFIRMATION
I am heroic because forging my own destiny is what springs me out of bed and gives me the courage to take brave leaps of faith. Ultimately, only I get to decide how my story unfolds. The stories I tell myself are either limiting or expanding my potential. Today, and every day, I will take an active role in the lifelong adventure of becoming the hero of my own story.

📜 POEM

I am heroic, I confidently declare.
My destiny is mine to own and bear.
I write the script of my own story
and make it one of triumph and glory.
I visualize my hero, deep within.
Embody the qualities, let it begin.
I speak my truth and let it ring.
I am the hero of my own thing!

🧘 MEDITATION

We journey better when we journey together.

The hero would take fate in her own hands. She would live life however she pleases, without paying attention to standards, what others think, etc. She would be bold, confident, moving through life without fear and having happiness as the ultimate goal. She would operate with altruism and integrity and everybody who meets her would feel inspired by her.
Stand up for someone who was being treated poorly.
The hero will fight against the difficulties she faces. Be proactive and determine individual, always grateful to the people and things that surrounded by her. Stop complaining and take action to achieve her initial goal. Involve in society works, be empathy and open-minded to help those who need help.
My hero would take a moment to grieve the loss and past mistakes. Then take ownership of them, acknowledge them and learn from them. My hero would ask for help with things that cannot be changed alone.
I would somehow explain to my ex how much damage he is causing the girls by fighting for custody of them.
