SACRED PAUSE
📜 POEM

Within our being, a spark ignites
and fills the soul with courageous might.
With deep intention as our guide
may our heart beat light into the night.
With each step forward, our spirit soars
embracing what our heart adores.
As challenges surely come our way
may we courageously seize each day.

AFFIRMATION
đŸĒ„ AFFIRMATION

I am inspired because I can feel a flame inside me pulling me to create more and live life more fully. In any given moment I have the choice to push through resistance, be brave, and fuel that inspiration into courageous action.

GUIDED MEDITATION
🧘 MEDITATION

In today's 10-minute meditation, we will use our breath in ways that will allow us to take in inspiring new energy and let go of old layers. With every breath, we bring new life-force energy into our bodies. Our inhalation provides oxygen and prana to our cells, while exhalation helps release toxins and emotional stress. Each breath can be seen as a life cycle, a chance to get inspired and let go of limiting beliefs.

  1. For some time now I have been wanting to open a translation business. I have been waiting to quit my full-time job, waiting for the right time to start working on my company full time. However, this past April, I was feeling so inspired and I was so motivated and so full of energy that I ended up quitting (six months earlier than anticipated). Even though it was unexpected even for me, the timing just feels right in my heart. I am doing this brave challenge because I only have one week left of work and then I’m taking the risk to follow my dream. 🙂 Even though I have completed this challenge before, it inspires me to create a daily practice that keeps me centered and motivated, so I want to take this chance to build this habit and maintain it when I start freelancing and building my business. Thank you, Intention Inspired team!!

  2. The wish to form deep relationships. The wish to be strong. The wish to tell a story with my actions. The wish to be free. The wish to be happy. The wish to protect what is dear to me. The wish to progress. The wish to fulfill my ambition. The wish for great friendships. The wish to be independent. The wish of living.
