  1. I was scared of talking with strangers. I feel very anxious to call the people that i not recognized. However, I keep encouraging myself to keep calm and everything will be okay. My mentality has changed a lot, and I believe that I am getting better to be proactive and less anxious to talk now.

  2. I sent my husband a text to which he didn’t respond. It upset me greatly and I became frantic. I sent him a series of needy texts. After I calmed down I thought about what I was feeling. And what he must be feeling

  3. Growing every day as my husband and I work through a challenging situation. There are good days, there are bad days. Scared and discouraged can be an understatement at times. But with outside help, and communication between us, growth is happening.
