  1. I will leave the house earlier. I have a habit of thinking that I can get more done in a day than is really possible, so I end up rushing around a lot and not having time to sit down and rest. I need to be more realistic in what I can accomplish in a day, and not beat myself up for leaving something undone.

  2. I will adopt a habit to turn on a timer when I do coaching sessions so that I make sure to finish on time and don’t allow myself to be in a situation where my coachees are waiting for me.

  3. I hate being late as it upsets the day for everyone, if i am late for a appointment, it means that person who I am seeing their day will be off course because I turned up late , I always turn up early and often I am thanked for it

  4. My multi-tasking has been a bit insane as of late. I am currently in the process of job hunting, house hunting, vacation planning, and trying to get through my first board presentation and final exams for my MBA. I’m generally pretty prompt and on-time, but what I can make a point to do is to really be present with whatever meeting I’m at – thing I’m focused on. Not shift my energy and focus to a million different things, but really focus and tune into whatever the task/meeting/etc… is at a hand.

  5. I enjoy being kind and polite, that is how I was raised. Being kind is a personal mission and the biggest challenge is being kind to unkind ppl.

I try my best to avoid gossip…whenever I notice that I’m listening to or gossiping…I say 3 positive things about the person or situation and then I use this rule…would I say this if the person was in earshot of the convo
