Today, letโs offer up something precious in our life that we are ready to depart from.

I have going through my stuff and finding things that I no longer need that I can donate. I can also be generous towards my friends and husband today.
I love to be generous with my Joy and laughter
One thing I struggle with is finding the balance between yesterdayโs intention and today- setting boundaries that allow you to be happy, healthy, and full of life while giving joyfully of your time & energy. As someone who volunteers a lot of time and energy towards a community cause, it can be difficult to not be drawn into putting in TOO much work and exhausting yourself because you believe in the cause and want to give. I guess I need to continue to study self-compassion and balance.
I can not only
Be more generous with my money but with my time .
I will make myself available to coach people for free. Coaching is my gift and talent, time after time I see how it benefits people so I am happy to be there for “serenity seekers” looking to live a better life but now sure what’s the rigth step in the right direction.
Previously, when I thought about generosity, I thought about it in terms of money. Money is a means of it yes, but I am finding the concept of it so much deeper than that.
What is one thing I can do today to be more generous? This is going to sound cheesey – but I can try to consistantly operate from a space of love. So I can be generous with time, being fully present in the situations that I am in, but most importantly really try and get to space where I am consistently able to send/recieve/live/breathe operate in love with everything.
When I can do that, when I can make eye contact with the homeless person, acknowledge them and smile, or see the person who is hi-jacking my project meeting as an ally, everything just feels so much better and greater. So the one thing I can do today (and everyday really) is try and get to place where I love literally everything. I can be more generous in terms of my love.
