  1. A willingness for me to eat better and to try harder at being healthy. I’ve always been a big person and a couple of years ago, I just lost my drive to do better with my health.

  2. I would definitely benefit from improving my willingness to see things from other people perspective and just judge others so quickly. Being a child you tend not to judge and just go with the flow.

  3. The stories that my life holds within. My social relations for sure. All the little tasks, as I am a beginner. Getting up in the morning for the first time. How thrilling! How will I move? I could crawl like a baby. Could I roll to the breakfast table like a ball of human material? How about.. Could I? Can I really … walk? How can I do this? Let´s see. First a hand.. No, wait! A foot! Yes a foot. Let´s try that. Hmm, so far so good. Secondly my opposite sides hand. I wonder how that will end up. How fortunate that my flatmates can support in case of a sudden knot in my limps. More to follow!

I made it to the kitchen! Don´t even ask me how. Because I´ll tell you either way! Crawling, rolling, smiling and limping. Doing the dishes has been a little adventure.

With this experience in my pocket I can say it will brighten up my every day and might even be able to transform some of my valued relationships. Renewing rusty friendships by the willingness to relate.

    I hereby declare,
    I AM A BEGINNER !!

  4. Everything. I feel that I am very set in my ways and unwilling to try a lot of things. I feel that I am unwilling to fail at these things so I don’t bother to even try.

  5. Like everyone else, I feel like yeah every aspect of my life would benefit from an increase of my willingness to do things. Because i’m Very closed off and scared to do things, especially because I know I want to do it but because of my anxiety it keeps me from doing what I want to do, because I keep overthinking everything and end up not doing it. But I have hope, I want to work on myself more in every aspect. Whether it’s loving myself more, or motivating myself more, anything. Anything to help me get through my anxiety.
