RESPECTFUL – DEEP DIVE

Session Progress

Most of us are raised with the notion that we should treat others the way we want to be treated. Some people refer to this as the “golden rule in life.” Despite it being a precious and wise guideline, the golden rule isn’t always achievable. From time to time, humanly imperfect as we are, we break that rule and end up hurting someone.

Now is the perfect time to look back at a moment in which you broke the golden rule. Recall one specific situation where you unintentionally hurt someone, take ownership of your part in the situation, and do the most respectful thing available – apologise. Make your apology as sincere as possible and deliver it in person, via phone call, SMS, whichever way you want.
