WISE – DEEP DIVE

There is a significant difference between intelligence and wisdom. Being smart means you know a lot of stuff about a limited subject. You have the information and knowledge, and you want to be correct about the facts that you hold. Wisdom isn’t so much about facts and information; it is more about having the ability to see one situation from multiple perspectives. Life is very complex, and there is rarely a single way to interpret one specific event.

To unwind your inner wisdom, we invite you to write down two situations from your past that you consider as being negative. Any negative memory will do. Write each situation on a separate piece of paper as you would write a headline of an article. Under each headline write down a story in which you explain how this event positively impacted your life.
