Today, let's set ourselves up for long-term success by adding more consistency to our morning routine.

I will devote one hour each morning to reflection and meditation. This might mean that I need to go to bed earlier, which I am willing to do.
Thatยดs exactly the spot where I grow. The point of time which makes me to the one I intend to be.
When I disregard my limiting thoughts things get done. Unfortunately I give in a lot of the time and I donโt end up doing the things that I planned to do either that day or ever.
EFT was a blessing for me too and I did not keep it going so I will add this to my morning routine
Exercising, and I always feel better afterwards
Agreed! Even on days when I’m really not feeling it, so long as I push through (especially on long runs when the mental game can kill my mood), I always feel happier and more open to ideas!
Often I am reluctant to join in community activities such as singing due to social anxiety. However when I do go it alters my mood in a positive manner. I feel uplifted.
I want to be better at all my tasks.
Be it work, exercise, love and positivity
I listen to my music even when my ears are stuffed
I would say that I want to be a better and healthy person, wake up early, do exercise, eat clean and study more. These will be the things that I commit for today forward to make my life better because the consistency of my actions are the ones that will make it happen.
I definitely feel infinitely better about my self and my prospects. Being in Gratitude is what I need to work on. I’m committing to writing in my gratitude list every morning. Looking back at what I’ve written in the past makes me realize what a good life I have and how just being grateful for mechanical pencils can be enough.
