CONSISTENT – DEEP DIVE

Consistency isn’t a particularly exciting quality of human beings, but it proves to be the key to any long-term success. Without taking consistent, conscious action towards our desired goals and outcomes, we have little chance of reaching them.

The best way to create consistency in your life is to set up a straightforward morning routine for yourself and engage in it as soon as you wake up. Your routine can consist of waking up at 6am, drinking a glass or water, taking a cold shower, meditation, etc. Such habits are strictly required for Buddhist Monks who use rituals to set the context for their day, sharpen their power of intention, and maintain a calm mind
