  1. My morning routine needs attention. I’d like to rise at 5 am to journal, meditate, and workout before I begin my day. I am a work in progress and recognize that I’m doing better with it.

  2. I need to move more, go for a brisk walk at lunch time, look at the food I consume. I do have a good sleep routine making sure I get to bed by 9.30pm I have worked out that I don’t function well staying up longer as it affect how I feel the next day. I am going to incorporate this into my daily and weekly schedule to ensure that I look after myself…. I am the only one I got !!,

  3. A healthy morning routine and awareness throuhout the day. For my current situation the one challenge that I add to my day is setting a new mechanism in my mind. When the alarm clock rings to wake me up, whenever it may be I will go down for my amount of pushups. Only afterwards I am allowed to ponder a thought about sleeping further.
    Take small steps, people. No one can jump to the top of a mountain. Anyone can get there with small steps. May they be metaphorical. For there is people ound to a wheelchair who make it up to the top!
