BALANCED – DEEP DIVE

Life is full of accomplishments and failures, and both are a part of the balance. Most of us experience plenty of them on a regular basis, but we don't always manage to pay equal attention to both. Many of us tend to focus on our failures, and by doing so, we overlook or forget the small moments of success. This is how the balance gets disturbed.

To bring back balance in your life, create a list of successes that you have accomplished in the past seven days. Focus on the areas of your life that are currently the most “out-of-whack.” Remember to recall small moments of success such as a task accomplished, an insight gained, a mistake identified, an action taken, or a solution implemented. Be kind and generous in the process.
