๐Ÿง˜ GUIDED MEDITATION

In our 5-minute meditation today, (starting at 5:00 in the video above), we appreciate our body for its resilience and healing abilities as we send gratitude messages through our breath and savor the feelings of appreciation. The meditation culminates in respecting our body as a sacred vessel in this worldโ€”the only one we’ve got!

SCIENCE STUDIES
๐Ÿงฌ STUDIES SHOW

Science reveals significant insights into the impact of gratitude on our body. Research indicates that gratitude triggers our brain’s reward pathways, leading to the production of dopamine and serotonin, chemicals associated with feeling good. This stimulation is similar to what we experience when eating food, suggesting that practicing gratitude can produce comparable physical and emotional responses. So in the absence of the stimulation food gives us, we can feast on gratitude to receive some of the same feel-good satisfaction! How cool is that!?

Good on ya, grateful one ๐Ÿ˜Š

Celebrate Day 3 of your transformative fasting journey!๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ‰

May we honor our bodies’ remarkable capacity for adaptation, healing, and feeling. ๐Ÿฅฐ

Our bodies aren’t just vessels but sacred temples. ๐Ÿฏ

While we fast, we’re also fostering gratitude for our bodies and their extraordinary abilities. Gratitude, just like food, stimulates the production of feel-good chemicals in our bodies. Let’s feast on gratitude today! ๐Ÿ™

We are also exploring the beauty of autophagy, our bodies’ process of eliminating toxins and repairing damage. It’s yet another reason to appreciate our fantastic bodies! ๐Ÿงฌ

Let us continue to cultivate this sense of gratitude, becoming present and aware of the sensations within our bodies. ๐Ÿง˜

As we breathe, let’s visualize and send gratitude to every part of our bodies, acknowledging their strength, resilience, and the harmony they strive to maintain. ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ

Remember, you’re not just fasting from food, but also redefining your relationship with it. ๐Ÿ”„

Enjoy the journey of balancing stillness and movement, and remember to “rest in motion.”

You’re doing brilliantly. Onwards, upward, and inward, grateful one! ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ช

Peace, love, and gratitude. ๐Ÿค—
